On behalf of the Management, Staff and Students of the Federal College of Education, Odugbo, I write to specially felicitate and identify with you on the occasion of the award of Doctor of Philosophy in Governance and Leadership to you by the Abuja Leadership Centre (ALC) of University of Abuja on Friday, 18th July, 2025 upon the accomplishment of a well-deserved but rigorous Doctoral programme. This milestone has again demonstrated the versatility of your prowess, brilliance, sagacity and the thoroughbred that you embody. As a reference point, it has shown that the enormity of your daily schedules could not deter you from extending your exploits to the academic world. As a former Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Education and an administrator of repute at the TETFund, we are not surprised at this giant leap because you have earned your place as a harbinger of radical change in the education sector. It is on record that since your assumption of office as the Executive Secretary of TETFund, you have turned the tide around and repositioned the Fund for purposeful impact in public tertiary institutions across the country. Infrastructural development is happening in all public institutions. With partnership enjoyed, Federal College of Education, Odugbo is witnessing accelerated growth in infrastructure, manpower development and learning facilities. Kudos to your hard work! No doubt, your career trajectory has set you apart as a rare breed of immeasurable stature with the innate drive to always set the pace in your assignments and this is one of the cardinal priorities of your leadership. Indeed, you have not only shown that you are well-rounded but the indelible imprints of your strides continue to be reference points, forging the path of growth and development for humanity. We are therefore optimistic that this feat, will spur you into expanding the frontiers of knowledge.
